Licensed in Missouri and Kansas, Zachary Bassin, Audrey Snyder Young and Brian Barjenbruch have been individually representing landlords and property managers in courts throughout western Missouri and eastern Kansas. They are now all working together to offer professional and effective representation throughout the Kansas City area, as well as western Missouri and eastern Kansas.

Our attorneys have collectively handled hundreds of landlord-tenant cases, and have tried hundreds of those cases successfully the court.  All of our attorneys have both handled complex eviction matters, including squatter disputes, emergency action due to criminal conduct, and evictions relating to excessive property damage. 

All of our attorneys have conducted jury trials in their law practice, and have handled matters before the appellate courts.  We are pleased to bring this wealth of experience to our customers, and believe that we have “our finger on the pulse” of real estate issues in the area.
